The successful Account Executive is a passionate, competitive hunter focused on achieving business results. They are motivated by solving business problems on behalf of prospective customers. The Account Executive enjoys uncovering and closing new business opportunities in a startup environment. They will maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales opportunities to meet quarterly and annual goals. They possess a strong work ethic, operate with limited day to day supervision, and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Key Competencies

  • Experience managing the entire sales life cycle of transactions to ensure visibility and predictability of the lead-to-close process
  • Excellent ability to properly qualify leads to maximize the efficient sales cycle
  • Implement and manage regular reporting against success benchmarks to infuse a culture of performance management at every stage of the sales cycle
  • Ability to identify a prospect’s pain points and position boostr CRM’s offerings to best fulfill their needs
  • Demonstrated ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment to accurately manage and forecast sales activity
  • Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations
  • Self-starter and seasoned closer possessing strong multitasking skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Min 5+ years of experience selling solutions in the Marketing and Advertising industry – Pub Sales Experience is quite interesting
  • Successful background in complex, executive-level sales processes
  • Solution sales experience including excellent communication and listening skills
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM, lead generation and financial systems – even better you’ve felt the pain using competitive solutions
  • Must have a consistent track record of quota achievement
  • Strong time management, organization, and decision making skills are critical
