Summary:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Boostr. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, you'll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategies while driving the success of our SaaS products. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and bring the voice of the customer into every decision. The ideal candidate excels in storytelling, has a deep understanding of target audiences, and knows how to craft compelling messaging that drives growth and product adoption.

Your Contributions and Responsibilities:

  • Vertical Strategy Development: You’ll be the architect of a laser-focused product marketing plan tailored to the retail, convergence, digital, audio, and other sectors. You’ll drive customer acquisition and grow Boostr’s presence within these high-impact verticals.
  • Domain Expertise: You’ll become the go-to expert for Boostr. From target customers and personas to customer journeys, your deep market knowledge will shape our messaging and product positioning across every channel.
  • Customer Research: Get hands-on with customer research to truly understand the personas, jobs-to-be-done, and how Boostr simplifies the ad media management for companies. Your insights will directly shape product development and help refine our messaging to resonate with those who matter most.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Develop compelling messaging that resonates with customers and prospects in key verticals. Continuously test, refine, and optimize to ensure the go-to-market team delivers consistent, impactful messages with the right assets at every stage of the buyer and customer journey.
  • Sales Enablement: You’ll arm the sales team with the tools they need to win. From presentations and solution briefs to case studies and competitive analyses, you’ll create high-impact materials that make engaging prospects adn existing client upsells a breeze.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Become the expert on our competition. You’ll provide battle cards, training sessions, and key insights to ensure the sales team can effectively differentiate Boostr’s solutions and win deals against key competitors.
  • Market Intelligence: You will own and conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors. 
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Plan and execute product launches and new feature releases. Partner with the Head of Marketing to ensure seamless GTM implementation. After launch, you’ll analyze performance and fine-tune for even better results.
  • Content Creation: Develop a wide range of thought leadership content, including blog posts, webinars, and white papers.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing. Identify areas for product improvement and communicate insights to product and development teams.
  • Partnerships:  In partnership with the Sr. Director of Marketing, support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new key strategic partnerships, including messaging, positioning, and promotional campaigns tailored to partner audiences. You will also lead the co-creation of thought leadership content adn sales enablement materials for partner-led efforts. 
  • User Onboarding and Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to drive user engagement and adoption of the Boostr product.

Your Ideal Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience working in media companies, particularly those in the digital advertising and publishing industries. 
  • Experience setting marketing strategy AND executing: You’re able to balance strategic vision and operational excellence, from setting high-level team strategy to getting in the weeds, planning launches, and doing competitive research. This is an early-stage startup, and you will be doing both.
  • Proven track record of creating (or refining) go-to-market strategies and working cross-functionally to execute against them
  • Writing ability: You’ve written short-form and long-form content and can point to examples of your writing.
  • Product marketing depth: With core competencies in positioning, messaging, launch management, and partner marketing.

  • Storytelling: You’re a natural storyteller. You understand that to create campaigns that convert, you need to tell engaging stories. You have a knack for connecting the pain points of our customers and prospects to the solutions Boostr offers, drawing them in with a clear, compelling narrative.
  • Passion: You live and breathe product marketing. You’re active in online communities, keep up with industry newsletters, and constantly brainstorm with your peers. While you know the best practices, you rely on your own insights and experience to make the right calls.
  • Distribution Expertise: You know that even the best campaigns won’t succeed if they don’t reach the right audience. You’ve got a track record of executing distribution strategies that get results, and you’re ready to do it again.
  • ROI-Focused: You’re laser-focused on results. Even when measuring some content or campaigns is tough, you take a methodical approach—developing hypotheses, setting clear KPIs, and proving the ROI of your work to ensure your strategies deliver.
