Customer Success Onboarding Project Manager

About the Team

Our Onboarding team is the heart of Customer Success at Boostr. We're strategy consultants and project managers who guide clients through their implementation journey, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our Onboarding team. You'll partner with our Onboarding Lead to manage client implementations, ensuring projects stay on track, within scope, and within budget. You'll also play a key role in change management, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and ensuring a smooth transition for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Provide tactical project management support, including scheduling meetings, sending agendas and recaps, and managing action items.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Lead the change order process when project scope adjustments are needed.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
  • Translate technical concepts into plain language for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal Boostr teams (development, data migration, integrations).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Boostr platform and its capabilities.
  • Proactively identify areas where project management methodologies can be applied to improve customer success initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • ~2 years of Project Management experience
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent client service skills with a focus on active listening and clear communication.
  • Ability to build rapport and instill confidence in clients.
  • Strong understanding of the media industry, including how publishers and ad tech companies generate revenue.
  • Experience with pre- and post-sales processes and workflows in the media industry.
  • A knack for problem-solving and translating complex information into clear, actionable steps.
  • AdOps or Account Management experience is a plus.
